Registration Rates & Deadlines
Full Registration
Full registration includes all events Thursday afternoon through Saturday, as well as the following meals: Thursday evening reception, breakfast and lunch on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and the Saturday reception dinner. A conference t-shirt is also included.
Early registration discount ended January 30.

CFSC Non-Member $255 (1 year membership to CFSC included)

We recommend that you register as early as possible; the conference may fill up before March 6.
Field Trips
All Short Courses and Field Trips take place on Thursday, March 19. Register early before they fill up. These events are offered at an additional cost to the conference registration fee and are open to the public.

What is included
Full conference registration includes two breakfasts, one lunch, both receptions all events Thursday afternoon through Saturday, and a conference t-shirt. Pre-conference field trips and short courses are not included in the conference registration fees. Full Registration for non-members includes an annual CFSC membership. If you are not currently a member, please indicate when you register whether you would like to become a member.
Refund policy
No refunds are possible after March 6. No exceptions. Refunds requested prior to March 6 will be charged a $50 refund fee. Please contact emily@foodsecurity.org to request a refund.
Scholarships
Limited scholarships are available to cover costs for conference participants. Priority for these scholarships will be given to limited resource farmers, youth (K-12 and college students) and farm to school representatives/leaders participating in the National Farm to School Network. Representation from all regions of the country will also be taken into consideration. Funds should be used for registration costs which include meals ($205 for CFSC members, $230 for non-members), but if you have registration covered through other sources, you may use up to a maximum of $230 for travel or other expenses.

A Student Discount Registration Rate of $55 is available for a limited number of full-time high school and college students. Additional travel and registration scholarships will be distributed through the Real Food Challenge. Students are also encouraged to pursue alternatives grassroots fundraising. Go to the Real Food Summit info page for more scholarship info and ideas on fundraising, and start by filling out the Youth Registration Survey.
Other Options for Financial Assistance
Enter the “Real Food Is…” YouTube contest to win an all expense paid trip to the conference including registration, lodging, and transportation. Contest ends February 9. More information
Speakers & Workshop presenters will be able to register at a discounted rate. An email will be sent to speakers with more information.
