We are pleased to offer various accommodations options while you are visiting Burlington for the conference. For you locals, we encourage you to make Burlington your home base over the course of the conference! All the options (with the exception of the Essex Resort) are within walking distance of the UVM Davis Center (our conference “hub”), and are close to the airport (some with free shuttles, others without).

Lodging options include hotels, university residence halls and even a resort. Take your pick! (Please note the cut-off dates for receiving our discounted room block rates with each option.)

Champlain College Dormitories

Champlain College is a neighboring college to UVM.  Dormitory rooms contain single beds in an apartment-like setting in a historical Burlington house. Each suite consists of four single bedrooms with a common bath, lounge and kitchenette.  Room includes desk and dresser,  large shared bath, kitchenette (microwave, sink, mini-fridge), and common area, air-conditioning, free parking, linens & blankets, pillow, pillow protector and case, bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth and wireless access.  Please remember to bring your personal toiletries, alarm clock, and hair dryer. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Located .06 miles from conferencecenter.  

Single occupancy:  $69  per night (plus tax); Private room in suite of four. Suites assigned by gender.
Double occupancy: $92  per night (plus tax); Room with two extra long twin beds, desk, dresser, and shared hallway bathrooms designated by gender.

Campgrounds

The closest campground to the conference is Burlington’s North Beach Campground, located in a 45-acre wooded area with lots of walking trails and a beautiful sandy beach. Vermont State Parks offer a variety of camping experiences within a 1/2 hour to 1 hour drive of Burlington.

Vacation Rentals

There are numerous online listings for Burlington vacation rentals. If you’re coming with your family or a group of people, renting a home can be a comfortable, budget-friendly option. If you have access to a car and would like to explore the Greater Burlington Area, you can search for homes in nearby towns. Colchester, Essex, Jericho, Williston, Hinesburg, Richmond, Huntington, Charlotte, Shelburne, and South Burlington are all within a 30 minute drive of the University of Vermont Campus. VRBO.com, HomeAway, and Craigslist are good places to start your search.
