Friday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am – 4:00
Sunday: 8:00 am – 11:45 am

The deadline for scholarship and volunteer applications was May 31.
To apply for a press pass, fill out this form and email it to Chelsey Simpson no later than July 13. Press passes will include access to all main conference events and meals on Aug. 3-5 with the exception of the Northeast Reception and the Local Foods Reception, which you are welcome to attend with the purchase of a ticket. Passes for field trips and short courses taking place on Aug. 2 can be purchased separately as well. Some exceptions will be made – please tell us if the story you have planned requires access to these special events.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds may be requested until July 13, 2012 and will incur a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted following the close of conference registration on July 13, 2012.
